I respectfully focus on the uniqueness of each individual and how they are experiencing themselves in the present moment, rather than what they have been told in the past. I am a trauma informed therapist, specializing in working with grief, loss, trauma and life transitions. My professional experience includes working in an inpatient psychiatric setting with adults with trauma, substance abuse and chronic mental health issues, working with adult survivors of childhood trauma and working as a bereavement counselor in hospice.

The choice to begin therapy can feel daunting. Yet, with the right support, the process can also be empowering. Being seen and heard is the first step towards healing.
