With 15 years of experience, I specialize in working with women's issues and couples in gridlock, as well as anxiety/depression/stress, parenting issues, dating concerns, challenges with navigating your career, and managing marital conflict. I spent the better part of a decade in the addiction treatment industry working with eating disorders, drug and alcohol addiction, codependency, chronic relapse, dual diagnosis, families, adolescents, depression, anxiety, bipolar, psychosis, PTSD and trauma. Basically everything. Working in that industry opened my eyes to the need for adequate trauma treatment so I became trained as an EMDR practitioner. In studying mind- body approaches to trauma, such as EMDR, I learned about the effectiveness of Eastern Practices such as Yoga and Meditation in treating a range of psychological challenges.
