Couple therapy is my passion and a majority of my training and experience has been geared towards helping couples navigate life's challenges. I utilize The Gottman Method and CBT in therapy and facilitate groups and seminars using the Prepare-Enrich program.
I am a follower of Jesus Christ. I believe in integrating faith into treatment with those who are like minded. I believe it is critical to include our Creator in the process. With my professional, academic, and life experiences, I believe we can work together to get you on track.
