With an expertise in couples, neurodivergence and trauma including but not limited to medical trauma, I am passionate about supporting individuals, couples, and families going through difficult times and navigating new, difficult diagnosis' or dealing with any sort of trauma. Families often times need help understanding each other and feeling heard, and need direction and support in getting there. A lot of times a new diagnosis, from autism to cancer, a family needs help understanding what that means for each member of the family or navigating a new diagnosis on their own. I help in all areas of understanding and feeling heard.

I love working with teens, adults, and couples who want to feel better about their life through honest self-reflection and willingness to grow into a better version of themselves and in their relationships. I enjoy working with parents interested in becoming better parents and/or coparents.

If you're dealing with anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, feeding and eating disorders, relationship concerns, or postpartum struggles I want to help you. I like to collaborate with my clients to aid them in identifying areas of struggle, creating workable goals and plans to help move forward in the change process and re-write unhelpful internal dialogue while creating fresh perspective. I am glad to integrate personal stories, faith, values, DBT and CBT concepts, narrative techniques, and behavioral strategies in tailored ways for each individual.

I specialize in helping family members get their loved ones into treatment. No one knows your family member better than you. You know your loved one’s quirks and habits. Through CRAFT, we will work on skills so you can motivate your loved one to enter treatment. CRAFT encourages you to use your love and support to get your loved one to agree to help.

During "virtual or in-person" meetings, I will help you understand your current/past issue, while guiding you in your road to healing. I also conduct Mental Health Evaluations for a variety of purposes, including custody cases, immigration, school, or personal reasons. If you're involved in a custody case, I can provide reunification therapy or court-appointed Child & Family Investigations/Parental Responsibilities Evaluations.

Family Systems Theory helps me identify the connection of past hurt and pain to the your present concerns. Cognitive Behavioral Theory gives us tools for changing automatic responses to more desirable ones. I work with couples to enhance their communication styles and to resolve conflicts. I also like to work with premarital couples exploring strengths as well as potential growing edges.

Reflective Wellness began on the vision of providing mental health services to youth and adults who struggle with significant trauma related disorders. Our team of clinicians have over a decade or more of experience working with victims of trauma including but not limited to physical, sexual and verbal abuse and neglect. Reflective Wellness offers individual, family and group therapy to all ages. Our practice has a collaborative approach with all work personalized to meet the client's individual needs. Our therapists have specialized training in EMDR, IFS, Neurofeedback, PCIT (parent child interaction therapy), canine therapy, attachment therapy, and DBT.

Stacy has worked in all areas of the behavioral health field and endorses a client-centered, strengths-based model of therapy. Stacy is familiar with multiple modalities of treatment including prior work with adolescents, inpatient facility work, intensive outpatient groups, individual counseling, couples with substance use and codependency and partial hospitalization models. Stacy is also experienced in working with individuals that struggle with anxiety & depression disorders and provides coping skills and tools to manage both.

For me, working with teens and their families, along with couples and individuals, is my vocation rather than my profession. I help families and teens make sense of the struggles faced by kids and their parents today. I help couples rebuild strong bonds. I guide individuals into a heightened awareness of themselves and their world. Another professional/personal passion is Cancer. In this domain, it really takes one to know one (and their caretakers). Guiding either the patient or caretaker is a new mission for me. I work closely with the sentiments in Dr. Kelly Turner's books - Radical Remission and Radical Hope.

My passion is working with families and children to help them in creating the best relationship possible. Children often do not have the words to tell us when things are not going well for them, instead, they often show us their feelings through challenging behaviors. I love helping parents understand their child's behavior and helping children find ways to cope when things are tough. I know parenting is not always easy. In addition to raising my own children, I have worked with children in a variety of settings including daycare and school. I truly enjoy helping parents and children learn to communicate and connect.

I'm a specialized therapist who works primarily with neurodivergence, specifically ADHD, OCD, autism & borderline spectrums, and chronic depression, anxiety, & bipolar disorders. I also have expertise in complex trauma issues, often stemming from narcissistic family systems or relationship abuse. Many of my clients possess an excellent or above-average capacity for self-reflection and introspection. However, they feel their heightened self-awareness can sometimes backfire, magnifying feelings of powerlessness and frustration when they find themselves stuck in repetitive patterns and unable to make desired changes in their behaviors.
