I work as a partner with my clients to gain or restore a healthy balance individually and within the context of their relationships. I work with the whole person from a humanistic and systems perspective. We do not live in a vacuum, therefore each and every person is connected to others somehow in relationship, whether that relationship is healthy, conflicted or estranged and whether that relationship is with family, friends or colleagues. There is great value in working with an unbiased professional to help identify patterns and ways of relating that are possibly holding us back from living the life we desire.
I am able to meet you where you are in your journey and walk with you as we examine patterns in thinking and behaving that may be holding you back or causing difficulty in your relationships or from where you want to be. Through your commitment to the counseling process, you will become more self aware and learn healthier ways to cope with lifes challenges.

Through consistent group participation girls will develop a positive self concept, increase self awareness and be able to identify destructive thought patterns. Topics such as healthy relationships, healthy communication, body image and physical wellness are experienced in a supportive and fun group atmosphere.
