I use a Solution Focused Strength Based approach to therapy. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectal Behavior Therapy and Mindfulness, Gestalt and Mindfulness in therapy sessions. I realize the value of being culturally competent when working with clients of different cultures.
I am an Army veteran of 23 years and I relate well to some of the challenges our services members face, especially when seeking mental health needs. I am married with two amazing adult children and I enjoy hiking, working out and traveling in my free time
