Welcome! I bring 25 years of experience to each session. For too long, mental wellness was viewed as a luxury reserved for a few. People were considered “strong” if they endured trauma or life-changing events—regardless of how well they were functioning. We now understand that those experiences reshape how we connect, think, and feel. With advanced training in gambling and gaming addiction, I support recovery by fostering insight, stability, and healthier coping—while guiding loved ones through healing from secrecy, shame, and disconnection toward trust and balance.
