This is why counseling can help anyone and everyone get a better understanding of their situation by receiving the correct type of treatment in order to move on with their lives. Mentalities do not have to hold us back for the rest of our lives. With the right tools and understanding of how to use them, and with God’s help, you can overcome all obstacles. My sole purpose is to help people get back into loving and caring relationships with one another and, with self-care, have fun and enjoy life!
Children and families Are very important. In my specialty, I tried to help children with anything from Learning disabilities to things that tend to be bothering them in their every day life at school at home at activities. Families play a major part in the dynamics in each other’s Lives. Giving tools to families that they can use is what I can do for them. P

For men who need to talk and have some tools to use for Anxiety issues and Panic attacks. Group is open and running weekly on Tuesdays from 12:00 to 1:00pm. Many have had major success as they stay longer in group settings. We go through Family Systems, Boundaries, Communication and Provision for Self Care and Time Management.
