Are you a parent who constantly swings between anger and fear about your addicted/ mentally ill adult child? Have you paid for rehab more times than you can count? I have lived inside a family like this. I personally know the exhaustion and incessant searching to find the "right" solution. I help families finally learn to identify the systemic family behavioral patterns, then, change them for good. This often creates space for your loved one to finally recover.

Many of my clients have said that working with me was the first time they had hope in decades. I use the time-tested, research based therapies for family addiction, as well as family systems theory, to help parents become more grounded in themselves. This infuses calm into the family and reduces the control/shame/blame cycles that often "protect" addiction.
