I integrate therapies that focus on systems, narratives, liberation, and the existential components of our life’s journey. I recognize that our thoughts, feelings, actions, and lived experiences are unique to us, while also existing within the context of our environments, systems, and world.
As a therapist, I am passionate about holistic, empowering, strengths-based approaches when working with clients. It is my belief that clients are experts on their lives and their contexts, bringing inherent strengths and insights to the counseling room.
