My passion for art therapy is rooted in the belief that creativity is a powerful pathway to self-expression, personal growth, and emotional healing. Art therapy provides a safe, nonverbal space for individuals to explore complex emotions, gain insight, and make sense of their experiences.
Drawing from my work in residential treatment centers, PHP/IOP programs, inpatient settings, transitional living, and private practice, I understand that effective therapy must be tailored to each individual. I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach—therapy should adapt to the unique needs, goals, and preferences of each person.
While art is a central and impactful tool in my practice, it’s not the only modality I use. Each session is thoughtfully customized to support the client in the way that suits them best.
