DBT Multi-Family Skills Group
Adolescent and parent attend together. This therapy is helpful in reducing family conflict. Adolescents learn to replace problem behaviors with more adaptive ones. Parents learn to better understand and support their teen in managing emotions and behaviors. 24 sessions
