Welcome! I am honored to have the opportunity to work with you at my practice. I offer telehealth individual therapy appointments to adults in New Hampshire and Maine. I provide a safe and non judgmental space to assist individuals in exploring and increasing self worth, self empowerment, and developing a healthy routine. I believe in using a strengths based approach to encourage finding joy and gratitude. I am a clinical psychologist who specializes in eating disorder treatment. I believe in treatment that works, is based in science, and has an end goal (i.e., evidence-based treatment). I work primarily with eating disorders; however also enjoy supporting individuals through interpersonal difficulties, life transitions, anxiety, and depression. I know how difficult change can be and offer a compassionate approach that values working toward your personal goals.

Dr. William R. Newman, a licensed psychologist for years, specializes in the treatment of complex developmental trauma with dissociation. Dr. Newman's treatment of anxiety, depression, and trauma, will help you alleviate your symptoms and causes of your distress. Couples and families will improve their relationships by effectively communicating and increasing their understanding of each other's needs. My clients find validation in having a provider who understands and acknowledges the difficulties that arise from experiencing marginalization. I am a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor who works with adolescents, and adults from ages 13 through adulthood. LGBTQIA, trauma, and mood disorders are some of my favorite issues to help with. We offer individual therapy and medication management services. We specialize in EMDR treatment as well as other evidenced based practices such as DBT,CBT and ERP. We work with children ages 13+ and adults of all ages.

Charles Schindler is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. He graduated from the University of Maine with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Psychology and a Bachelor of Science Degree in Child and Family Relationships. He earned a Masters Degree in Clinical Social Work with a focus on Trauma Recovery from Boston University. Charles has worked in the field of mental health since 2008, first treating teens and then focusing on treating adults with varying mental health diagnoses. Charles worked at The Mental Health Center of Greater Manchester for 7 years as a Psychotherapist.
