Many of my clients come to therapy struggling with persistent self-doubt, critical inner narratives, and the weight of societal expectations—particularly pressures around identity, relationships and image. These can stem from trauma, challenging relationships, cultural influences and so many other impactful areas of lived experience. Therapy is a space to rewrite limiting self-narratives into empowerment. This process builds a compassionate and strengths-based relationship with yourself and the people around you. This begins with the therapy relationship. I value creating a space open for releasing the thoughts that have been left unsaid, meeting them with care and curiosity.
