My therapeutic philosophy centers on empathy, recognizing the importance of understanding and validating your experiences. Through this foundation, I integrate evidence-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma Focused CBT to collaboratively address and reframe unhelpful thought patterns and change unhelpful behaviors.
Embracing the concept of unconditional positive regard, I believe in accepting individuals without judgment or conditions, fostering an environment conducive to exploration, self-acceptance and change. Exploring internalized self narratives and defining if they are serving you or need reclaiming is a core value in my practice.
