Starting therapy can feel like an overwhelming commitment, it's important to me that I provide ease and accessibility. A supportive alliance for my client's goal setting is highly valued in my practice. I provide a welcoming and safe space to begin or continue your therapy journey and an individualized plan designed to get you to your goals. I work remotely throughout New York on WellNite and Cerebral's online platforms. My practice offers an open space to create a therapy experience that best suits you. I have a diverse background within the mental health field and continue to pursue ongoing training in order to best serve my client's needs. I work closely with my clients on manageable short and long term goals in order to encourage and track progress towards your plan.
