Falisha earned her Masters degree at University of Maryland School of Social Work and has worked in a variety of settings including community mental health, inpatient treatment and private practice.
Falisha believes that every person has the ability to heal and to reach their personal goals by utilizing and enhancing their own strengths. She uses a variety of therapeutic modalities including EMDR, CBT, Motivational Interviewing, Seeking Safety, Sand Tray and art therapy techniques.
She works with children, adolescents and adults who are seeking to mood disorders, anxiety, perinatal mood and anxiety disorders, trauma and PTSD and everyday life challenges.
