We have a Greater Purpose in life than our current situation. Just like the seasons changed the leaves on a tree, our situations in life changes. I am currently accepting patients from both Indiana & Colorado. I have experience with first responders, active military, and Veterans. I also love connecting with those who work in ministry and their families. Sometimes we need support with getting back to our first love.
I am eclectic with various modes of evidenced based therapy for trauma. My clinical focus has been those who have experienced physical/sexual/religious abuse, neglect, first responders, military, and sex trafficking. My goal is to empower those how have been traumatized by understanding their somatic symptoms and transitioning from victim to overcomer.
I am here to meet you where you are at. Together we will work on identifying coping skills, warning signs, triggers, and goals to transition from victim to being empowered.
