I blend CBT and somatic therapy to work with what is happening in your mind and your body at the same time, because honestly, they were never separate things to begin with.
For couples, I use the Gottman Method to help you understand conflict and communication in a new way. For engaged couples, I am Prepare and Enrich certified and love helping couples build a real foundation before marriage.
