I am an African American woman who understands the daily pressures and stressors we face. It is hard to reach out and admit that we need help or just a safe space to talk. That's where counseling came help, we will focus on what issues you want to explore and what interventions you can use to help cope. The emphasis is on you and what you want to accomplish, I am here to help you work towards your goals. Counseling is directed towards developing and making choices to have a better life. I am passionate about helping AA women develop personal growth, self awareness and coping skills to decrease anxiety, depression and stress. Additionally. I provide clinical supervision for LLPCs seeking LPC Counseling licensure,

Virtual Womens Self Esteem Group
Welcome as women we understand the need for support and therapeutic techniques to help understand our need for approval, attachment and relationship issues. This group will support each other recognize the signs, symptoms and treatment of self esteem. Mindfulness, breathing and other self care treatments will be taught. Group starts May 17 @6pm-7:30pm.
