I am LGBTQIA+ affirming, sex and kink positive. I work with clients on facing depression, trauma and PTSD, anxiety, ADHD, sex related issues and military and veterans. I utilize an integrated model of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and Solution Focused Behavioral (SFBT) Therapy based on client's need and depth of concerns.
