My focus is to give clients a safe, supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and empowered to create meaningful change. I specialize in ADHD, anxiety, generalized anxiety disorder, social anxiety disorder, and worry, helping clients navigate the stress, uncertainty, and self-doubt that often accompany these challenges.

With training as a Certified Anxiety-Informed Professional (CAIP) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC), I integrate evidence-based practices like CBT, ACT, and DBT-informed strategies while also weaving in creativity through art and expressive methods to meet each client’s unique needs.
