I’m Certified in EMDR therapy & a Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP), specializing in complex PTSD & dissociation. I offer individual therapy, & EMDR/KAP intensives. I have counseling experience with adults & adolescents in a range of environments from partial hospitalization to outpatient settings, in both individual & group therapy.
I strive to be fully present with you in every session. My approach in our relationship incorporates the connection between mind, body, and spirit to foster integrated healing.
