Hi there! My name is Faith and to the kids I am Ms. Faith (she/her). I have experience practicing therapy in the in patient setting, partial outpatient setting, and individual practice. I am qualified as a Licensed Master Social Worker and currently in supervision obtaining the highest certification of my degree. My process includes building rapport to foster trust and establishing a healthy, safe therapeutic relationship. I aim to provide a non judge mental safe space for each and every person I work with. I strive to meet you where you are at and assist in your journey based on what you are motivated for.
The approach I take is not to become the pilot for you, it is to empower you with the tools you need to be able to take control of your life. We will work towards actualizing your best self, so they don’t have to stay in your imagination any longer. In working with me you can anticipate a gentle but assertive approach in processing and problem solving.
I specialize in anxiety management, depression management, and peer/ familial conflict. I spend time providing guidance in addressing familial conflict to increase communication and safety felt in the home. I also highly enjoy supporting clients in identifying practical coping techniques as they work towards building secure attachment and self confidence.
