I use a variety of approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy(CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy(DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy(ACT), Exposure Response Prevention(ERP), as well as Trauma-Focused CBT(TF-CBT). A lot of us can identify with feeling anxious, depressed, and having difficulty with major life changes. I believe we are built to live in community with one another, and knowing how to navigate difficult circumstances is something no one should have to learn how to manage alone.
