I'm a trauma-informed systems therapist, trained in Emotionally Focused Therapy. I like weaving together attachment theory, polyvagal theory, Buddhist psychology, and Jungian analysis, with experiential, somatic, and expressive interventions to bring you a therapy experience that’s attuned to your specific needs.
