I have experience working alongside individuals and couples dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, relational issues, and chronic illness. I am passionate about exploring the mind-body connection and how some of these issues may present themselves somatically.
My approach to therapy is grounded in creating a safe and empathetic space that allows you to feel heard and seen. During our time together, you will be provided with new insight and will be given tools that will encourage you in your journey of healing and growth.
