My mission is to offer inspiration anchored by faith, hope and love with the opportunity to do the necessary work of building through the challenges of life. Helping the hurting, helping the hopeless and helping those who need to be healed in their minds, body, and spirit, through practical strategies and therapeutic approaches that will break the chains and cycles of the unhealed mind, unhealed heart, and unresolved feelings. To provide a safe place without fear, guilt, shame, criticism, and judgment which will offer restoration, wellness, and wholeness.
My approach is to offer help to those who are hurting, while demonstrating strong active listening skills as well as offering the care and understanding to my clients when they are upset. My main focus is the process in the journey of healing. A little Talk, A little Time and A lot of Tears.
A personal note, for those who struggle with grief and loss, I for one understand, especially those who are bereaved parents. I am a bereaved parent and I to have realized that there is light at the end of the tunnel, and it is not a train, understanding that grief is a process and there is hope for the hurting and healing after loss.
