Welcome to Faith Hope and Love Counseling LLC. I am a Licensed Practical Counselor in the state of New Jersey. I received my Master in Clinical Mental Counseling from Cappella University with 14 years of mental health and substance use experiences in various settings with all levels of treatments. I provide support to adolescents , young adults,adults and seniors through various challenges and transitions in life including trauma, anxiety, depression, adjustment challenges, substance use, codependency, attachment disorders, Dual diagnosis, relationship difficulties and family dynamics.
At the core of my work is an integrated approach of evidence based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Mindfulness, Person Centered, psychodynamic, solution focused, strength based treatments, Clinical Certified trauma Counselor and substance abuse work.
