I help individuals move forward with their Christian faith, offering support to strengthen or rediscover their spiritual path. My approach blends CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and mindfulness with faith-based support. Together, we’ll work through trauma, improve communication, and deepen your connection with God in a safe space where you can be your full self.
I provide therapy exclusively via telehealth, offering flexibility and comfort no matter where you are in Connecticut. As a bilingual therapist (Spanish/English), I also welcome Spanish-speaking clients and those navigating multicultural or bicultural identities.
