I work with individuals who are feeling stuck, weighed down by anxiety, depression, trauma, or the stress of major life transitions. Many of the people I work with are not only looking to heal from these struggles but are also seeking support in moving forward with their Christian faith. I help individuals move forward with their Christian faith, offering support to strengthen or rediscover their spiritual path. My approach blends CBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, and mindfulness with faith-based support. Together, we’ll work through trauma, improve communication, and deepen your connection with God in a safe space where you can be your full self.
I provide therapy via telehealth across Connecticut, offering flexibility and comfort. As a bilingual therapist (Spanish/English) I welcome multicultural clients.
