My path to becoming a therapist was deeply shaped by my own experience with OCD. Going through recovery helped me understand how overwhelming the cycle of obsessions and compulsions can feel—and how empowering it is to find the right tools and support. That personal journey inspired me to help others find the same relief and confidence I once worked toward. In my practice, I focus on creating a compassionate and collaborative space where you can feel safe, understood, and supported as you take steps toward lasting change.
At NOCD, we receive intensive training in Exposure Response and Prevention Therapy (ERP)—the gold standard treatment for OCD. When you start with NOCD, you’ll either work with me or be paired with one of my colleagues—this depends on your preferences. We’ll get to know you and create a personalized treatment plan to help you achieve your goals.
You’ll have access to support between sessions through secure messaging and a community of others who understand OCD, so you’re never alone. In our sessions, you’ll find a safe, judgment-free space to talk openly. I know some OCD themes are hard to share, and we’ll work through them together with care and understanding.
