Hi, I'm a therapist with 15 years of experience and I know life can feel overwhelming sometimes. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, understood and never judged. I believe therapy works best when you can show up as your real self, talk openly and feel supported while working through challenges, healing and personal growth together.
In our first session, we will discuss what brings you to therapy, your current concerns, personal history, and goals for treatment. My focus is on creating a safe, supportive and judgment free space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace.
As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I value creating an affirming, inclusive and safe therapeutic space. I also provide virtual Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing therapy to support clients in processing trauma, anxiety and distress from the comfort of their own environment.
