I’m a family trauma therapist licensed in Texas and I’d love to help you heal from family chaos. I graduated from Our Lady of the Lake University with a masters in social work with an emphasis on studies of Hispanic children and families. During my career I have worked with those battling addiction and mental illness. It’s a passion of mine to work with those struggling and their families.
Often when people come to therapy they are seeking a change in their life. As an experiential therapist, I believe change happens from changing one’s perspective. In my approach I support my clients by asking direct questions to dive deep and help them reach their goals and maximize their potential.
Outside of work, I love to cook, watch true crime, play board games with family, go hiking with my dogs and go camping. I also love to challenge myself in the gym or practicing yoga.
