As a Therapist, I want to provide my teen and adult clients with a safe space to process through challenging experiences, to better understand and explore their emotions, and to empower them to create attainable goals for the future. In therapy sessions, I work to listen, validate, and challenge in order to help clients create better methods of coping and also increase their self-compassion. This typically results in improvements in anxiety, depression, and negative beliefs.
I work with clients who are experiencing issues with anxiety, depression, trauma, and disordered eating. We work together to determine if IFS, EMDR, Sand Tray, or traditional talk therapy would be best for you. For those with disordered eating/body image concerns; I work from a body and food neutral lens.
