I provide confidential counseling services to individuals who are experiencing issues in their personal lives that affect their thinking, emotional state, and behavior. I help clients develop skills and techniques to live healthier lives. Counseling assists clients in developing “a state of well-being” in which the individual realizes their abilities, cope with the normal stresses of life, can work productively and contribute to their communities.
There is a growth force in all individuals. All human behaviors are learned. Humans are both rational and irrational. Humans can disturb themselves by what they think. Problems occur when people do not take responsibility for their behavior Whereas behaviors can be extinguished, and new behaviors can be established.
At times our challenges appear as mountains that are impossible to move. However, all things are possible for the one who has faith. Misinterpretations and irrational beliefs create unhealthy feelings and behavior. You no longer need to face your problems alone.
