Healing and growth require a person to work 100% of the time emotionally, mentally, and physically.
My specialty is marriage and family therapy with emphasis on communication skills. I also work with adolescents/college-aged adults. I have experience counseling those with depression/anxiety, infidelity, divorce, OCD, Bipolar, stress, work-related issues, women's issues, and spiritual concerns.
