I have been working with children, teens and adults for a better part of my twenty five year career as a psychologist. My years practicing psychotherapy has been a privilege as I witness each of my clients' growth and risk of vulnerability. Therapy is a collaborative process that requires attunement, patience and the challenge of self examination. As a psychologist, I value listening, curiosity and thought-provoking questions as essential tools for growth.
I tend not to categorize my work based upon symptoms alone, hence I do not "specialize" by diagnosis. I believe that, for example, depression for one person can be profoundly different than for another. I believe that conflict resolution can best describe my focus.
