I am currently offering Teletherapy for those in the State of Texas. I specialize in trauma using a variety of modalities to find relief from symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, depression, grief, and self-worth. My background experience is with survivors of abuse and children/teens in foster care using attachment models to improve family dynamics.
