Do you want things to feel different, but don’t know how to get there? I work with individuals, children, and families who are navigating anxiety, trauma, depression, behavioral challenges, and difficult life transitions. Many of my clients come in feeling overwhelmed, stuck in patterns that aren’t working, or unsure how to manage stress related to relationships, school, family conflict, or past experiences.
