About
Therapy can be a difficult step for most people to take, we are glad you took your first step! As a psychotherapist and founder of Transit Health LLC., I hope to help my clients experience relief and personal growth by enabling them to gain insight into the issues that hinder them. I hope to provide a safe and nonjudgmental space for you to explore difficult transitions and openly communicate with your therapist about your thoughts and feelings. Our ideal clients are looking for someone to listen and help them navigate difficult transitions in their lives. They desire growth and are looking to become better versions of themselves.
I will work with you using my skills and knowledge to provide consultation, evidence-based individual, couples and family therapy, crisis intervention, and continuum of care. Personally, I have a strong interest in understanding the intersection between culture, life experience, and identity development. This informs my integrative approach to counseling.
