We are accepting clients for weekly therapy and for our Intensive EMDR model. We are a collaborative practice of Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists. We come from a warm, direct approach aimed at helping our clients feel comfortable and safe while actively working to meet their goals. Our therapists work from a systemic, strength based approach to treat a variety of issues including mood struggles, relationship and conflict issues, anger management, behavioral issues, trauma, and parenting and family issues. We offer EMDR Intensives which is a unique approach to receive the benefits of EMDR therapy in a shorter amount of time.
Our therapists are experienced in working with adolescents, adults, children 10+, couples, and families. We work collaboratively with our clients and within the community to provide the best possible care in an integrated and direct way. FIT also offers several process groups to support client's treatment goals.

Have You Called Your Mother?! Women's Group
Weekly in-person process group for women with emotionally immature mothers. Did you experience emotional neglect or abuse as a child, mother’s substance use, narcissism, shame/criticism, high expectations, volatility, dismissiveness? This group is a space to explore these hurts along with others. Group goals: providing psychoeducation on impacts of an emotionally immature mother; exploring symptoms in adulthood (shame, invisibility, low self-worth, people pleasing, codependency, overworking, perfectionism, and more); processing role your mother plays in your life today; exploring themes of acceptance, grief; empowering group members to lead more fulfilling lives through boundaries, self-advocacy, and self-care.
