Greetings! I'm Jaun Paul Fairclough, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, with 15 years of experience in special education. I'm specially trained to work with children with autism and other developmental disabilities. I provide in-home or school-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy. I specialize in language, social skills, as well as the reduction of challenging behaviors for children ages 2-18.
I also provide training in behavior modification and skill acquisition for parents and staff, e.g.teachers, therapists, and behavior analysts. Services include: individual ABA assessment, behavior problem assessment, program development and training, and consultation to agencies providing behavioral services.
Each ABA program begins with a functional assessment. This includes an assessment of the child's strengths as well as weaknesses in, communication, social, academic, and overall skills of daily-living. I use a unique approach working with parents, teachers, and therapists to create an effective treatment plan.
