Graduated with a Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University, I am current a Mental Health Clinician at Joy Mental Fitness and also a Adjunct Instructor at Rutgers University in School of Health Professions.
Your past does not need to dictate your future. I help people use their own strengths to cope with their problems. Together, you and I can develop ways to overcome anxiety, depression, trauma, or any number of issues. There is no one path to mental wellness. We will take the time to explore and develop the coping skills that work best for you.
