Welcome! As a seasoned therapist, I have dedicated my career to providing compassionate and comprehensive services for over twelve years. My passion is working with adolescents, adults, and families. My approach to therapy consists of a holistic-mindfulness based approach using solution-focused therapy that integrates aspects of cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectal behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. I utilize an open, non-judgmental approach and encourage my clients to explore and utilize their own strengths to reach their full potential through skills, support, and guidance.
I have experience in individual, group, and family therapy and utilize trauma focused evidence-based practices. I have a background working with children and adolescents who have experienced complex trauma, abuse, and neglect. I have a Master of Social Work and a Master of Arts in Criminal Justice. I am bilingual in Spanish and English.
I am dedicated to promoting self-awareness, enhancing one’s personal strengths, and improving overall emotional well-being.
