Are you an autistic adult struggling to navigate relationships, work, or achieve your goals? I assist autistic adults in identifying the evidence-based intervention, such as CBT and ERP, that best meets their goals with a collaborative, compassionate, and empathetic approach. I create a friendly, warm, inclusive, and welcoming atmosphere to help clients get the most out of therapy. By the end of treatment, clients feel more empowered, happier, and better equipped to cope with future challenges.
I have always been passionate about helping adults and children with autism live better and more fulfilled lives. My years of expertise working in private practice, hospitals, schools, and community clinics have prepared me to work with a range of presentations aside from autism, such as anxiety, OCD, depression, ADHD, and more.
