This means I am deeply committed to making the counseling experience as gentle and meaningful as possible for all my clients. I believe in the power of community and that the relationship between the client and counselor is an extremely important part of the healing process. Therefore, it is a privilege and a priority for me to be worthy of the trust of my clients; my goal is to offer people a judgment-free space that feels safe and genuine.
I provide counseling in Spanish and English and work primarily from a person-centered approach. I have a particular interest in providing multiculturally affirming and trauma-informed care that considers the needs of a person as a whole.
I work with all ages for individual outpatient counseling. At this time I do not offer couples or family services. I am currently accepting new clients but have limited availability.
