I specialize in healing trauma wounds. I help people move past anger, trust issues, difficult memories/dreams, overthinking patterns, sadness and/or loneliness. Having experienced traumatic events can cause some of these daily hardships. Loneliness and feeling like you don't belong can still hit hard, even if you're surrounded by people and have successful careers/academics. Asking for help can be a very difficult thing. Some have postponed professional help, hoping this would go away by itself, to then realize that therapy is worth the try. I get it! Today can be the time to start the healing process and become your best version.

I am certified in EMDR which has proved to be highly effective in the healing of childhood, teenage, or adult traumas. I'll be curious and ask questions to help you reflect on your strengths and areas of growth. I'll be empathetic while also helping you change patterns that get in your way, to create long-lasting practical changes that you can notice.

I've been fortunate to hear some of the most personal stories from my clients. I have a humanistic “no-taboo” approach and my clients feel the freedom to share their stories freely, no matter what.
