As a systems therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families through a collaborative, strength-based, and holistic approach. I have been fascinated with the field of psychology and human behavior for as long as I can remember. While I have experience with a variety of treatment areas, my specialties are in relational growth and healing, mood and anxiety disorders in adults, relational and family conflict, racial and ethnic identity, life transitions, and gender and sexuality.
My love for understanding, helping, and guiding people towards healing has remained with me and grown as I have learned more about myself and my role as a therapist.
