F.L.O.W. is a wellness center emphasizing a whole-person, integrative approach. Our team of Clinical Therapists, Practitioners, and Instructors is here to support you--physically, mentally, and emotionally-- as you take steps on your journey to transformation. We believe you are best served holistically; therefore, you can choose from mental health counseling, functional nutrition, or yoga, to name a few of our services. We offer these services virtually and in our comfortable, home-like wellness center so you can work on creating your best life in whatever environment you prefer.
We specialize in working with depression, anxiety, relationship concerns, recovery from addiction, grief and trauma. We approach our sessions from a holistic perspective and tailor each meeting to the individual needs of the client. We support individuals, couples and families ages 3 and up.
