I provide affirmative, evidence-based therapy for LGBTQ+ clients, survivors of trauma, and anyone else who desires to heal and work towards their goals. Clients come to me for a lot of reasons— they’re questioning their gender identity, struggling with the coming out process, or looking to learn more about how to support someone they love. Sometimes they have past traumas that are getting in the way of feeling secure, safe, and authentic. Or they want some strategies for managing anxiety or depression. No matter what brings you here, welcome.
I use a combination of cognitive-behavioral and somatic approaches to partner with and empower you. In each of our sessions, we’ll check in about your emotions, goals, challenges, and successes. Together we will practice techniques to explore emotions and identity, manage anxiety, set boundaries, and help you live your most whole, authentic life.
