Empowering Your Journey to Radical Self-Acceptance: Offering Affirming, Trauma-Informed, and Holistic Care. I believe that true growth happens when you feel safe, respected, and empowered to make decisions about your own life. That’s why I focus on creating a space where you can explore, heal, and thrive at your own pace, with full respect for your autonomy and unique experiences. I have experience working with individuals, families, and couples in school, at-home, and clinical settings. My goal is to work alongside you in a way that affirms who you are, supports your goals, and helps you move forward with clarity and confidence.
I use a variety of proven techniques to support you in healing stress, burnout, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, PTDS/cPTSD, and/or OCD. I specialize in supporting neurodiverse clients and creating affirming and inclusive spaces to heal. I also provide psychedelic integration and support services, as well as ketamine-assisted therapy.
One area I’m particularly passionate about is helping clients find a sense of safety within their bodies. I use somatic techniques and teach somatic coping skills to support emotional regulation, sensory relief, and stress management. I’d love to help you find your new path. See how you can work with me to discover how to live with radical self-acceptance.
